- The product is received in damaged condition
- The product is delivered in an expired state
- The product packaging is unsealed or tampered at the time of delivery
- No other reasons shall be considered valid for return or refund

- A clear and continuous unboxing video from the time of opening is compulsory for all claims
- Claims submitted without such proof will be ineligible

- Products purchased under clearance, promotional, or discounted sales
- Any claim raised without a valid unboxing video

- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7โ10 business days
