At MK Nutra Care, we are committed to delivering your health and nutrition products safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is processed.


2. Shipping Partners

We deliver through trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • Xpressbees

  • Eckart (for selected locations)


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

Delays may occur during festive seasons, holidays, or due to courier operational issues.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.

  • You can track your order anytime on the courier partner's website using the tracking number.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail.

  • In such cases, the order may be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.

  • Please ensure your full address, PIN code, and phone number are correct.


7. Delivery Attempts

Most courier partners make 3 delivery attempts.
If the attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.


8. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If you receive a package that looks tampered with or damaged, please:

  • Take photos/videos immediately

  • Do not accept the package OR raise a complaint within 24 hours at:
